Sam’s Tours relieves wedding stress with romantic honeymooner packages
Palau true hideaway destination for honeymooners
Koror/Munich, January 17, 2009 – Palau based dive center and eco-adventure tour company Sam’s Tours now offers honeymoon-packages. They are designed for divers as well as non-divers and offer a variety of romantic excursions and activities for newly-weds.
The Micronesian archipel is known for its unspoiled nature. The activities, professionally organized by the team of Sam’s Tours, introduce honeymooners to the unique settings of Palau and include a romantic beach picnic, a private guided kayak excursion, a visit of the famous Jellyfish Lake as well as an excursion to Babeldaob waterfalls and nature trails. As Palau belongs to one of the most prominent dive spots in the world, diving and snorkelling can be added to the honeymoon package as well.
Guests can choose from the superior package as described above or the deluxe package which requires a stay of at least 10 days. The deluxe package additionally includes – among other things - a helicopter flight over the stunning Rock Islands, a dinner at one of the most renowned restaurants of the island and a stay at Palau’s premier hotel, the Palau Pacific Resort. An overnight stay on a secluded island including tent, food and drinks as well as a kayak for exploring the nature adds an adventurous touch to the deluxe package. Divers can optionally enjoy the fascinating underwater world on five days during their stay.
Palau belongs to the Micronesian archipel and is situated 900 kilometers east of the Philippines. It enjoys a pleasantly mild climate all year round with an annual mean temperature of 27 degrees celsius.
Palau consists of about 300 islands of which only eight are inhabited. Because of its rich underwater life, the archipelago has been a favourite destination among divers for years.
Although Palauans have caught up with international economy during the past decades, people still strongly identify with their native culture. Many of the traditional ceremonies are still alive today.
