Dive center Sam’s Tours awarded again

Palau based dive center and eco-adventure tour company Sam’s Tours has been elected as “TOUR OPERATOR OF THE YEAR” for 2008 by the Palau Visitors Authority (PVA), Palau’s official tourism board.
