Atlantis Philippines Hotels & Liveaboard owns and operatores two dive resorts and one liveaboard: It started with Atlantis Puerto Galera Resort, which is located on Sabang Beach. Puerto Galera is well known for its dive spots and busy night life. The second resort, Atlantis Dumaguete Resort, amore tranquil and family oriented resort located on Dauin, famous for macro and critter dives and its iconic black sanded beach. In 2010, the steel boat Atlantis Azores complemented the portfolio and provides a very solid and stable environment for the dive tours to the world-famous Tubbataha Reefs and Apo Island.

„From the very beginning, we had the best impression: Judith and Christoph asked the right questions, cleared up some unrealistic expectations. However, they also pointed out that there would be a lot of work ahead of us, both for Atlantis and Tourism Unlimited. We recognised their vast experience in both the dive industry and the hospitality industry.“
The collaboration came about as follows: Gorden called us in Germany from the Philippines. „I want to meet you! Please come to the Philippines. I would like to invitie you to come to the Philippines next week!“ Within a few days, we flew to the Philippines, inpstected the two resorts, signed the contract – and a „specification sheet“.
The basic problem: For years, the resorts „Atlantis Puerto Galera“ and „Atlantis Dumaguete Resort“, as well as the liveaboard „Atlantis Azores“ had no relevant bookings in Europe. We were to supposed to change that. We changed everything.
First we opened the represntation office for Atlantis Philippines in Germany:
Public Relations
With the first mail to relevant journalists we informed about our cooperation and gave a first overview about the fantastic possibilities of the resorts and the ship, combined with an invitation to all journalists to contact us, should there be interest in a press trip to the Philippines. The interest was huge. Journalists who work with us for years are used to a certain structure of our online available media files, through which they can obtain statements from key players, texts, basic information, and other kind of media from and about all our clients.
Tour operators
At the same time, we informed tour operators about our new customers. Our partners have long known how we work: We draft contracts, and when they are signed, tour operators are activated and can start making bookings.
Marketing and media cooperation
We were responsible for the creation, translation and design of presentations for the European market, customized print materials, e.g. flyers and brochures. As always, we provided appropriate information for everyone through our well-known online-structures.
Trade show support
Booth support, trade show coordination, meetings set up with journalists and potential business partners. Design and compilation of show specials.
As a result, the Atlantis Group’s products are well known and positioned in Europe, so Atlantis now uses its own sales and marketing team to support their partners in Europe.
